    This is delicious and super quick. The spice mixture is really good and if you can leave it to marinate for 15 mins or so it’s even better. We like it with Old El Paso wraps, hummus, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, lettuce, cucumber etc. It’s really versatile and I’ve made it a number of times since getting this excellent boook.
