    I had 14 ounces left of my beef tenderloin Christmas Day roast, so using that elevated the beef in the recipe. I combined Jamie Oliver’s steak and Guinness recipe with this one - mainly because I already had fully cooked beef and it didn’t need 2 hours in the oven. From JO’s recipe, I used and sauteed diced celery, cremini mushrooms, frozen peas, and onions. I used regular pie patty dough ( not puff) as called for in this recipe, brushed on the egg wash and baked for 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Lovely! Great meal for a cold winter night.
