Can substitute cooked buckwheat, cooked chickpeas, cooked beef mince, or protein of your choice for cooked beans; garlic for garlic paste; a mixture of garam masala and ground turmeric for Ayurvedic spice blend; long red chillies for chilli flakes; and carrot tops for flat-leaf parsley.
