    Der schwarze Reis hat auch nach einer Stunde Kochzeit noch Biss und ist daher etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, das Spinat Topping ist aufgrund der Zitronenschale sehr frisch und passt ausgezeichnet zum Reis.Würde ich mit normalem Risotto Reis vielleicht nochmals machen.
