Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I used more pumpkin (what I had left over), only had dried sage (skipped the garnish), omitted the cream (didn't have) but added some cream cheese, and reduced the Calabrian chile paste as mine (TJ's) was pretty spicy. Added more pasta water since the sauce was thicker due to extra pumpkin/cream cheese. I imagine this is great as written; it was really delicious even with my changes.
