Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute whole milk for heavy cream. Per the author's errata page (https://www.twopeasandtheirpod.com/lets-eat-cookies/): Step 2 should include adding the dry ingredients. Starting at the third sentence: Add the sour cream and mix until combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix until combined. Mix in the vanilla and almond extract. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. The dough will be sticky.
