Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These looked amazing in the cookbook, so I decided to give them a try. A bit time consuming with all the steps for the different components - but WOW were these good! Wonderful combination of flavors and textures. The only thing I did differently was to stem and seed the serranos before roasting, just to make it easier. Fantastic dish. We'll have this one again.
