    We enjoyed this dish. A few tips: my broccoli florets were a little large - they didn't cook well with the lid off the skillet, so I cooked longer and with the lid on. Also, have a cube or two of vegetable stock handy (or additional water) for the broccoli and later for the sauce - the sauce thickened very quickly and needed the extra liquid. Assuming the author meant "toasted" sesame oil, I think sesame oil isn't meant for sauteing so I used grapeseed oil for the tofu, then used the specified 1 T. sesame oil for the broccoli. Mostly a pantry dish - used two heads of broccoli crowns, one block extra firm tofu. Made 2 generous servings, plus 1-2 small leftover servings.

    We both enjoyed this simple dinner. The orange sauce was delicious combined with the tofu and broccoli. I would make this again.
