    I have made this before as the recipe says but tonight I used a combo of hot fermented honey and soy to marinade the chicken and switch the red onion for spring onions which made for flavourful rice very reminiscent of Hainanese Rice. I served it Bok Choy and asparagus stir fried with salt and garlic.
