    I used chorizo, zucchini, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow onion, tater tots, eggs, and Mexican cheese blend. These are super filling and really good, but took a while to make. They reheat well in an air fryer (around 350F for around 17 minutes, flipping halfway, but still working on ideal reheat numbers).
