Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We loved this bread! The coconut flavor is moderately strong, and to my palate the extract didn’t produce an off flavor. Next time might try toasting the coconut first, as suggested in the variation. It had a great texture despite both slightly overcooking the exterior and undercooking the interior (I had just baked something at a higher temp, and didn’t wait long enough for the oven to get to correct temperature). Instead of making a ganache I added the chocolate chips to the batter and skipped adding extra nuts and coconut for topping. Will definitely make again!
