    Not bad. I'd add more garlic to the pan sauce. I do like the sweet/sour of the honey and vinegar with a pop of the caper brine. But, compared to Thomas Keller's chicken breasts with tarragon last weekend, I'd probably make that because it was more flavourful overall.
