    Excellent burgers, really tasty and interesting. We used ground turkey for ours, and made them into sliders. The recommended slaw and sauce were perfect complements to the burgers.

    I thought that the burgers were pretty great! It is a lot to make all in one day if you are making the slaw from scratch, the sauce, and the burgers, so give yourself some time. The burger mixture is loose, but I put them in the fridge after mixing to firm up a bit before grilling. The burgers themselves were very flavorful and I would totally make them again.

    These burgers were delicious. Very flavourful, and definitely make the Bangin’ Sauce from the same cookbook to go with them. I’ll definitely be making these again and again.
