Banana oat breakfast bake from Real Healthy: Unprocess Your Diet with Easy, Everyday Recipes (page 26) by Melissa Hemsley

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute honey for maple syrup, tahini for nut butter, and chopped nuts for pumpkin seeds. See recipe for dairy-free variations.

Tasty and easy. I'm not a fan of porridge but love baked things involving oats - this hit the spot. I used tahini instead of peanut butter and honey instead of maple syrup as the recipe suggests. Flavourwise it's similar to an Emily English breakfast banana bread recipe but texturally softer. I'll probably alternate between the two. Note the yogurt is a serving suggestion and doesn't get incorporated into the bake.
