    Delicious. I'm not crazy about mushrooms, mustard or quiche so I was surprised I enjoyed these so much - tastes like a really tasty but lighter quiche. I used chestnut mushrooms, cheddar for the cheese, dill for the soft herbs and chickpea flour as suggested. Cooked on baking paper in the air fryer on bake/roast for 15 mins then left there for another 10. Really tasty both hot and cold, so good for batch cooking and eating over a few days.
