Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was great! Used spicy Italian sausage.

    I tested this recipe for CI. My family liked it well enough and I'd make it again if I had those ingredients on hand. I don't think I was able to fit the fennel in one layer, plus the sausage (I used mild Italian) overcooked, but it was fine. We had this with mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach (we wanted something more substantial than just crusty bread).
