    This was pretty tasty. Couldn't find fresh brats at my grocery store. We preferred the kale version over this one.

    Absolutely delicious combination of sweet, salty, and savory flavors. I used a dark German beer instead of a light pilsner. The fond technique works really well for this recipe.
