    I want to love these, but they are pretty plain if made with the optional granulated sugar and vanilla bean paste. They have a light vanilla flavor made this way and taste like a sugar cookie. I will make a batch of vanilla sugar and try these again with that and vanilla bean seeds to see if that ups the vanilla flavor.
