    Allow 24 hours to dry. Can substitute water for vanilla extract.

    It is indeed an easy recipe. Used to ice the same blog's soft cut-out sugar cookies. I didn't try piping, just spooned some on the top of the cookies and smeared it around before dousing liberally with sprinkles.
