    Very tasty! I only had salted pepitas, and thankfully it didn’t turn out too salty. Accidentally turned off the timer, so baked until nicely brown. Bars were crumbly at first but cooled into a crunchy granola bar like texture. I could see dried fruit or chocolate bits being good as well.
