The jam and mousse require an hour of refrigeration each; the layered jam and mousse must be frozen for 6 hours or up to overnight before coating with the dragon fruit glaze. Can substitute fresh dragon fruits for frozen dragon fruits, and fresh passion fruit for frozen passion fruit.
