Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I was dubious about such a dry curry, so I added 200g chopped tomatoes. My concerns were rebuffed on eating - very tasty. I only used half a small cauliflower for the two of us and that was still a large meal (served with rice, no naan).

    Quite good, used only half the onion, air fryer for about 15 min at 380, stirring once.
