    I loved this, though I admit I made some adjustments because I did not have the exact ingredients on hand: subbed red miso for white, very finely cut leek instead of spring onions, and finally olive oil instead of sesame oil. I bought sesame oil once, and when I saw how fast it goes rancid, I knew it was not compatible with my very infrequent use of it. The resulting sauce was great, sweet and tangy and salty. Would add some acid like lime juice maybe.
