Chocolate malted whopper drops from Baking - From My Home to Yours (page 85) by Dorie Greenspan

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I liked this cookie as a change up from chocolate chip

We really liked these cookies. As Jane said they are a cakey type cookie and get more cakey after the first day. But if you like chocolate, malt and Whoppers these cookies are for you. I may have chopped my Whoppers too small (I cut them into fourths) because a lot of them kind of melted into the cookie.

    p. 85 -- These were good, but kind of involved and not that special.

Great cookies if you love Maltesers (or Whoppers in the USA). Produce a cakey cookie with delicious malty taste, chocolate chips and some crunch from chopped Maltesers/Whoppers.
