    A 3.5 out of 5. The dish is good. This online version is different than is found in the cookbook. Substituted rosemary for thyme. Skipped the lemon zest, parsley, and garlic. Substituted turnip for Brussels sprouts, and yellow onion for red onion. 45 minutes for the chicken. Removed the chicken and roasted vegetables an extra 10-15 minutes. Good weeknight dinner. This is one for the rotation.
