Can substitute lean lamb mince for lean beef mince, portobello mushrooms for eggplants, canned chopped tomatoes for canned crushed tomatoes, maple syrup for honey, coriander sprigs for mint, Dijon mustard for wholegrain mustard, and green cabbage for purple cabbage.
