    I've now made this 3 Christmases in a row, and for various reasons only just managed to get a photo with the raspberries on top! This looks lovely, and as long as you don't overdo the orange liqueur (as I did this year... boo) it tastes lovely too. I make the jelly a couple of days ahead so there's less to do on the day of serving.
