    Nice light meal for dinner. I personally wanted spice after I tasted it, a sprinkling of gochugaru would have probably satisfied that for me (even though the recipe didn’t call for it).

    I loved this, my husband was so-so on it. The sauce was super easy and delicious, I want to put it on everything. The tofu was straightforward to cook, and roasting the gim was super fun. Next time I might season the rice a bit, but it was still good as is.
