Salt bread (Sogeumppang) from Umma - A Korean Mom's Kitchen Wisdom and 100 Family Recipes (page 336) by America's Test Kitchen and Sarah Ahn and Nam Soon Ahn

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I’m giving this 4 stars because I want to try more recipes to see if I can find anything better but honestly, it’s really like a 4.7 ?? it tastes sooooo close to the one I had in SK!! I didn’t have pretzel salt but I know that would have added to the bit of saltiness that Salt Bread is supposed to have so that’s my own fault. Nevertheless, this is sooo good. Had to watch a YouTube tutorial to better understand the shaping methods but everything else made sense. Not super complex but it’s time consuming. Definitely a labor of love but very worth it!!
