    My first time working with malted milk powder, which really gave a nice almost ice cream flavor to the frosting. I was making a formed cake rather than a sheet cake, so I used a bit less of the Guinness/espresso syrup so that the cake held its shape. It was a hit and very moist despite skimping on the syrup. Can be made to just about any size pan by adjusting the cooking time.
