    Marinate 30 minutes or overnight. Can substitute romaine lettuce or little gem lettuce for iceberg lettuce, shallots or pickled onions for red onions, boneless chicken breasts for boneless chicken thighs, and dairy-free Greek yogurt for whole milk Greek yogurt.

    I did not get good results using the skillet method. Overall this ended up bland. I think I would have preferred a spice rub on the chicken and using the yogurt mix as a topping.
