Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The sauce on udon noodles was very flavorful, but the two leftover servings just didn't work. The noodles soaked up the sauce and became mushy and lost flavor. This dish should only be served fresh. Also, fair amount of work and dishes. Try to do as much advance prep as possible. Add squeeze of lime to finished dish.
