    This review is for the Mustard Barbecue Sauce (otherwise known as Carolina Gold Sauce). Cook's Country magazine was where I first encountered this sauce for pulled pork and I've been converted away from sweet ketchup based BBQ sauce on my pulled pork. I'm a fan of this recipe for the sauce. I've made the Saveur recipe for Carolina Gold sauce that includes molasses and honey, but I prefer this one.
