    The boys liked it. Spread the cornbread on just over half to accommodate low-carb Dad. Used Jiffy corn muffin mix. Good with sour cream and salsa.

    Made October 2015. Followed the recipe ave used a box of Jiffy corn muffin mix as the topping. One boy liked it, one didn't, and I thought it was best with some sour cream. I'd make it again.
