    We both liked this! I used approx 2.5 lb sweet potatoes & 2 lb chicken breasts... that worked well for amount of spices & other ingredients. I used 2 tsp straight-up powdered chipotle chili (not the same as "chili powder" which has other stuff in it), tahini, & pre-shredded kale in a bag (too small, next time non-bag kale). Omitted avocado & fresh herbs... didn't have (or need) them. Everything else was per recipe. Filled 2 sheet pans. Put chicken on edges/potato in the center, spray extra oil on chicken. Cook halfway... stir potatoes in spiced-juices from chicken, THEN arrange potatoes all over the pan & finish cooking. IDK if potatoes are meant to get crisp... mine didn't but we liked them. Dressing was very thick, watered it down a bit. Massaging 2 Tbsp into the kale covered the kale taste that I usually dislike. Drizzle more dressing right before serving... kept dressing separate so it doesn't get nuked as leftovers (nuked feta is fine). I'll be making this again!
