    Unable to find boneless short ribs, I used pre-cut "beef for stir-fry", which worked fine and saved me some time. I saved more time by cooking the beef separately while the pasta boiled. Added baby spinach and blanched broccoli florets, which tasted great with it, and there was plenty of sauce for everything.
