    This was excellent. I used skinless boneless thighs which was easier to eat but still browned up nicely. I served over rice with a big salad but bread would be great for the sauce too

    I did this stovetop as my oven was broken so it took a bit longer for the chicken to cook through. Overall pretty good though.
