    I simplified the method a little - when I added the beans to the leeks I put the trout fillets on top and put it in the oven. Also, the ingredients says 10g butter and the method says 100g, so I went with 10 and it was correct. Nice, but much gentler than I expected. I thought the combination of leeks, garlic, fennel and lemon would be fairly punchy, but it's all just soft and subtle. Only using half the fennel is annoying. Guess I will be having the rest as a salad tomorrow.
