Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was very tasty and I'd make it again. I incorporated the 50ml oil into the dough, although the recipe was unclear how to use it. I didn't have any semolina, but it didn't stick to my oiled tray. It was a little too garlicky for my husband, so I think I might miss out the roasted garlic next time, as there's plenty of garlic in the pesto (which I'd use a bit less oil for next time). No need for prosciutto, and one ball of burrata was plenty - 2 would've been way too much.
