    Great recipe that I’ve made several times now. If you like savory, eggy things for breakfast, this delivers a lot of flavor! Be mindful of the heat tolerance of your eaters, as the full amount of sriracha and chili crisp was a bit much for me. I prefer it dialed back by about half.
