    A fun and tasty way to add protein and fiber to an avocado toast! I’d even be happy just eating the bean and avocado mash as a spead by itself. Instead of seperate cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes, I added hot honey cherry tomatoes (from The Wishbone Kitchen cookbook) and it worked well.
