    Delicious, like all the “instant” mason jar soup recipes in this book. Really important to remember taking the jar out of the fridge a good hour or two before pouring the water in, because with a cold jar, the soup will be lukewarm by the time the noodles soften. Even then, I sometimes like to microwave this briefly before serving to make sure it’s extra hot.

    This was easy, tasty, and very fresh. I kept the noodles separate. I’m not sure I’d even need the noodles some days, but they were good. A coworker let me have some sriracha and that topped it off perfectly.
