Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Tasty, but I enjoyed these more than my husband and three-year-old. I don't think they were sold on the courgette. I also made a lot of substitutions (red onion for shallots, peri ketchup for sweet chilli jam, no herbs for the topping, chicken mince mixed by hand rather than thighs in the food processor...) It's likely that following the recipe more faithfully would bring these closer to five stars. The lime-pickled onions made these for me, so don't skip them. If it was just me I'd probably make these again following the recipe more closely, but there are other Asian-flavoured chicken/turkey burger recipes that my family prefer (Cardiff Mum, Diana Henry), so probably not a repeat for that reason. But I'm looking forward to adapting these leftovers for lunch :)
