    Tasty take on a tofu scramble (I’m about to nickname this book, “Mush Meals”)! I enjoyed the adding of silken tofu/nutritional yeast on top of the regular tofu + chickpea mix. I don’t own a bullet blender. The small amount of silken tofu/nooch didn’t work great in my Vitamix, but we got it done. If I had one gripe it would be that we don’t use the entire block of tofu or silken tofu. Will probably just throw it all in next time. Topped with some peppers from my garden, broccoli sprouts and sriracha. Will repeat!
