    Very good! I could see myself prepping & freezing these to keep on hand. Used Ezekiel sprouted grain wraps. The guacamole is very lime forward rather than spicy, but still tasty! I added some jalapeno into the quesadillas themselves.served alongside the “Healing Beans and Greens” soup.
