    A very good tasting falafel recipe. I used garbanzo flour as the binder per the recipe variant. I formed them with a 1” scoop, which yielded 32, but flattened them, the better to fit in a pita. As the mixture came out a little wet, I flattened them between paper towels to absorb the excess moisture. The tahini dressing came out far too tart. I would start without the lemon juice, and then add to taste.
