    Delicious and full of flavor. Used a full bunch of cilantro and subbed a seeded jalapeño for the pepper. Also added jicama to the side veg salad and would do so again because the little touch of sweet was perfect against the herbs and veg. Watch salt - I added only 2ts of Diamond Crystal and it was plenty salty. The recipe made extra marinade so I reserved some before adding to the chicken and will use over veg or rice today.
