    Yummy, easy, and only slightly spicy. Dirty dishes were minimal (cooking goal for 2026). First try from this book and it was a hit!

    Really good - and so easy! My wife loved it too. I doubled the recipe so we'd have leftovers. The only tweak I made was to cook Jasmine rice in the Instant Pot, then toss in edamame and grated ginger with the rice once it was cooked. This will be in the regular dinner rotation for us.
