    Fantastic recipe. Wonderful flavors, I loved the crust. Pretty easy to make but a lot of waiting time and it needs two hours at least. I did use dried thyme instead of fresh. Otherwise followed the recipe as written. Will make often in the summer when the tomatoes are at their best.
