    Even though we enjoyed this, I measured the flour by weight and I don't think there is enough of it, which resulted in a very loose batter. We really enjoyed the cheese sauce, however, once it cools it seizes up, so this needs to be served hot. I also made my sauce in a nonstick skillet, so my dumplings didn't get any the caramelized browning she talks about, so next time I would use a different pan.
